Choose the package that best suits your business and you'll receive a set number of design hours each month. Simply send through your design requests and we'll get to work.

Your hours can be used across a wide range of creative services, including graphic design, branding, social media content, brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, email marketing assets, print-ready artwork, digital advertising, and multimedia (depending on your package).

No worries! If you use all of your monthly hours, we can either complete additional work at our standard hourly rate or help you upgrade to a package that's a better fit.

Unused hours don't roll over unless otherwise agreed. This helps us reserve dedicated time for your business each month.

Turnaround times depend on the size and complexity of the project, but package clients receive priority scheduling. Smaller requests are often completed within a few business days.

Monthly Design Services Terms & Conditions
Commitment: All Monthly Design Partnership packages require a minimum 6-month commitment.
Packages are billed monthly in advance and automatically continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial term until cancelled in writing.
Design Support: Your package includes a dedicated level of creative support each month:
Basic – Up to one week's worth of design support each month.
Medium – Up to two weeks' worth of design support each month.
Maximum – Up to four weeks' worth of design support each month.
Your allocated design support is reserved exclusively for your business and is scheduled alongside other client projects.
Additional Design Requirements
If your design requests exceed the level of support included in your chosen package, Pikart will notify you before commencing any additional work.
You will have the option to:
Upgrade to a higher Monthly Design Partnership package (subject to availability); or
Approve additional design work, which will be billed at Pikart's standard hourly design rate.
No additional work will be undertaken without your approval.
Team Allocation
Depending on your selected package, your work may be completed by one or more members of the Pikart creative team.
Basic – Graphic Designer.
Medium – Graphic Designer and/or Multimedia Designer.
Maximum – Up to two Graphic Designers and a Multimedia Designer.
Pikart determines the most appropriate team allocation based on your project requirements and workload.
What's Included
Monthly Design Partnerships are designed for ongoing creative support, including:
Marketing collateral
Social media assets
Digital advertising
Website updates
Email marketing graphics
Presentation design
Brand collateral
Print-ready artwork
Exclusions
The following are not included unless otherwise agreed:
Website builds
Large publications or catalogues
Extensive campaign development
Copywriting
Photography or videography
Printing, production, supplier costs and third-party services
These projects will be quoted separately.
Billing
Packages are billed monthly in advance. Unused design support does not roll over into the following month and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.
Cancellation
Following the initial 6-month commitment, your package will continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled in writing. Written notice must be received before your next billing date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
